For live-in positions, onsite housing is available in shared dormitory-style rooms.No vacation as this is a seasonal position.Some ski time is available most days depending on shifts, but not guaranteed.We receive two shipments a day (Wednesdays & Sundays off) schedule can be manipulated.Shift times: generally, this is a split shift 6am to 11am and a couple hours in the afternoon.Must be able to stand for long periods, bend, stretch, lift, and carry heavy materials.A satisfaction making things neat, clean and organized.Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.Interact with food purveyors to manage shipments and ensure orders are delivered correctly.Ensure that all food is put away in a correct and organized way.Unload, sort, and put away food shipments.Part time starting early October to begin hiringįull time starting mid-November to get spa set up

Working knowledge of MindBody spa management software a plus Nurture a positive, team-oriented environmentĭevelop promotional marketing for in house guestsĢ-3 years past management experience, preferably in the spa industry Problem solving, monitor operations, and initiate corrective actionsĮnsure compliance with lodge dress codes and state health codes

Maintain cost and service descriptions on spa menu Manage spa supplies, linens, and retail inventories Schedule, organize, and supervise spa shifts

Understand and manage the complexities and challenges of lodge location and commuteĭeliver superior guest service and ensure guest satisfaction Hire, train, supervise, manage, and lead staff of the spa for the entire winter season, ideally create a self-sufficient spa General Description: Run spa in the lodge, hire and manage spa staff, and ensure quality services provided to guests.

Meals provided while on shift for live-out employees.

Bi-weekly room and board charge of $125 includes three meals a day
